How A Law Destroying Sex Worker’s life

A bill to control the number of sex workers has introduced in France five years ago. Lawmakers did not know at that time how much this law would hurt the lives of sex workers. Actually, in this bill made in 2016, selling sex was prohibited, but there was no restriction on the purchase of sex. But the law brought about the well-being of sex workers has worsened their lives.
Paid sex service is considered a major crime in France. When caught for the first time, the clients have to pay a fine of 1,700 dollars. Whereas on a repeat of this crime, customers have to pay damages of about 44 thousand dollars.
These laws were introduced in Parliament for the purpose of protecting sex workers and to root out prostitution and human trafficking. But after five years, its results are coming out differently. Sex Works says that today their condition has become many times worse.
