Mother's milk is considered the best for the mental and physical growth of any newborn baby. However, technology has progressed to such a level that now a way to prepare breast milk for newborns in a science lab has been invented.
A start-up called Biomilk has succeeded in preparing milk from the breast cells of women. Most of the women in this company are. The company says that this milk prepared in the lab, to a large extent, contains all the nutritious elements that are usually found in breast milk.
The company claims that according to the macronutrient profile, it contains all the types of proteins, carbohydrates, fatty acids, and bioactive lipids that are found in any breast milk. However, there is a difference in antibodies in both the milks.
Dr. Leela Strickland, the co-founder, and chief science officer of this company, said in a conversation with Forbes that despite not having an anti body, the nutritional and bioactive composition of our product is more than any other product and it is most similar to breast milk.
